O1 was founded in 1998 by Brad Jenkins to provide telecom services Internet Service providers (ISP's). O1 quickly expanded its services and today O1 is a full service telecom company. O1 focuses on providing excellent data and voice services to our customers. O1 is approved by the California Public Utilities Commission to operate as a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier and Interexchange carrier throughout the State of California.
