O1 Communications is a California based CLEC founded in 1998 to provide next generation data telecommunications services to Internet Service Providers (ISPs). O1 quickly became one of the largest dial access providers in California to ISPs. In 2004, having achieved a robust network capable of meeting ISP requirements, O1 expanded its offerings to voice and data services for small and medium-size businesses.

O1 SIP services include origination and termination in California, turnkey VoIP services, and national/international termination. O1 responds to the very specific needs of service providers and CLECS by working with them to design solutions based on their unique requirements. O1 helps VoIP providers create cost-effective peering arrangements with the flexibility to route SIP sessions to a single provider for national termination.

O1 is a privately held corporation that funds its own growth through positive cash flow and limited financing. The company has been consecutively profitable since 2000. O1's streamlined business model allows the company to respond proactively to market and customer demands.
