You are responsible for all usage on your toll free (e.g., 8XX) numbers (including without limitation, charges for incomplete and wrong numbers/calls. You will defend and indemnify us from liability related to toll free numbers. We will have no liability to you or to any third party for any premature or incorrect publication or advertisement of a toll free number. Requests for toll free numbers are controlled by an independent agency based on number availability at the time an order is submitted. We do not guarantee availability of any toll free number. You have no proprietary interest in any toll free number, but do have a qualified control interest in your active toll free numbers. If upon cancellation of our toll free Services, you do not submit a written request for appointment of a new responsible organization or service provider for your toll free numbers within twenty (20) days after cancellation, you release all rights to use or control those toll free numbers. You are subject to any toll free Services policies and procedures implemented by us from time to time.
